Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

1. Incorrect product: If the item received does not match the one ordered, the corresponding exchange will be made or the difference refunded.
   
2. Damaged product: If the product arrives damaged, it will be necessary to provide photographs taken at the time of opening the package .
   
3. Order not shipped: if the order has not been shipped and 14 days have passed since it was placed .
